Funeral Parade of Roses (1969)

As lovely as the new restoration on the Cinelicious blu-ray looks, the audio accompanying it is junk.
The Masters of Cinema DVD has a low buzz playing throughout, which is very annoying. It was no doubt sourced from the same transfer that made its way to the Japanese King Records blu-ray, but the latter disc is buzz-free and also has a clearer sounding high end. The Cinelicious disc has some extreme hiss reduction applied. All three definitely come from the same audio elements -- the unobtrusive pops and ticks present on the King Records disc are actually still faintly audible on the Cinelicious disc beneath the heavy NR.

The King Records audio can be synced to the Cinelicious disc by setting the Cinelicious to 23.976 fps (from 24) and delaying the King Records track by +19950 ms.
