Modern Romance (1981)

The Indicator blu-ray sounds excellent, like the DVD.

The old Image LaserDisc is a lot more muffled and runs about 8% too fast and is pitched 1.4 semitones too high, which is very noticeable.

    How does the US Sony disk compare?

    It isn't the same master visually but I'm curious if it's the same audio master

      I didn't realise it was a different master! I don't have it, unfortunately.

      The Indicator disc is indeed sourced from a older pre-existing HD master, while the Sony BD is from a new remaster (4K, I think).
