1989 CBS/Fox LaserDisc [1094-80]: This sounds great. Very detailed, probably transferred flat with no further mastering work. There's a loud constant hum at 120 Hz that I've removed for the clip below.
2005 R1 20th Century Fox DVD: Both tracks sound exceptionally poor, with an obscene amount of noise reduction. The 1.5-minute extended scene has been pulled from the LaserDisc transfer and sounds good.
2013 20th Century Fox Blu-ray: Less noise reduction than the DVDs, certainly, but still a lot, and some bass reduction.
2019 Masters of Cinema Blu-ray: Like the Fox blu-ray, though with slightly different EQ. There are a few clipped peaks at the loudest moments (actual clipping, not limiting).
